What is a domain?
A domain is the name a user enters in their browser to view your website. Like a phone number, it has to be unique. Also referred to as URL.

What is hosting?
Every website, email, or app you see and use online has to be uploaded to a computer to be accessible to communicate with the rest of the world. Once a computer loads and stores such data it is essentially "hosting" a website.
In simple terms, it allows one computer to interact with another.
FUN FACT: a computer which hosts this data is called a "server".

What is "Google compliant"?
Every website we launch meets all of Google’s standards. From an SSL certificate to fast and secure hosting, from making sure your content is easy to read by Google’s bots – to responsive, cross-browser compatible web design. Anything else can seriously penalize your potential search ranking.
Do you offer one-on-one assistance?
We do! We offer one-on-one assistance with video chat or online chat directly on your website. Please contact us to schedule a meeting.
The included maintenance hours in the Gold & Platinum plans can be used towards live assistance.

What if I need more than 3 email accounts?
Reach out to us and we will set them up for you. Additional mailboxes are priced at $25/yearly per mailbox.
What is your refund policy?
If not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, your money will be refunded in the way it was paid.
All your website data is then deleted. Domains you’ve purchased are non-refundable and can be continued to be used until you cancel or do not renew. Please be aware that emails are disrupted until a new hosting provider is selected.
What happens after the minimum contract period?
After your 12 month (one year) minimum contract, you can either renew month-to-month or at a discounted annual price.
Once you cancel your plan, you either have the option to have us delete all data or have a backup of your website sent to you.
Please remember: your domain stays active and can be reused with any other hosting provider until you cancel or do not renew it. To be able to continue using email, you will need to select a new hosting provider. Not all providers offer web AND email hosting.
What if I cannot temporarily make a payment?
Should you be temporarily unable to make payments, we will hold your website in an offline status for 30 days (emails will continue to be active). Beyond this period, all data will be deleted and emails will stop to work.
