Terms and Conditions
Last updated November 25, 2022
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and orders made through each.life, LLC. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Our Contract
When you place an order or engage our services, you are making an offer to enter into a contract with each.life, LLC. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or a signed statement of work. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is signed. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or invoice. For project-based work, we typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed-upon milestones. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, and other methods as agreed upon in your project proposal. All payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processors.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we will work with you to make it right. Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable, as they cover the initial scoping, planning, and resource allocation. Full details are provided in each project agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all custom code, content, and design assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability
each.life, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
